Finishing a garage
When we started this was just a studded garage. We insulated, installed vapor barrier, drywall, finished the drywall, and installed the trim work. Now our client will have the nice warm garahe he was hoping for. At Lost Art Construction, LLC, our goal is to bring our client’s vision to life while working with them every step of the way.
Updating the garage
This project startes as a wood sided garage with some rot. We cut of all of the rotted boards and replaced them. Then we installed new windows, an entry door, siding, siofit and fascia. Want to learn more about similar projects? Get in touch today.
Screen Replacement
It was time for this screen room to get some new paint and screens. All new trim boards painted to match and new screens installed. Time to sit and relax bug free
New maintenence free deck and railings
The old wood deck was rotting and the homeowner was tired of staining the deck. We removed the deck boards, fixed the rotted wood, installed new composite decking, and new aluminum railing. Pantry
We started with a wire shelf pantry that just didn't work for our clients. We went through different materials and layouts and this is what the client decided worked beat for them. New oak shelves and a butcher block countertop for those small appliances that you just want off the countertops. We worked closely with the client to understand their needs and preferences, and the successful outcome speaks for itself.
New crown molding
This client loved the look of the original crown molding in the house, but it was in bad shape. We got new crown molding and installed it to keep the original feel of the house. A nice little update but still able to keep the house true to it's origins.
Wedding Arch
Some of our friends are getting married and they wanted an arch to get married under. We looked at some different designs and they liked thos one. So we got to building amd this is what we came up with. Want to learn more about similar projects? Get in touch today.
New patio door, landing and stairs
This project started with removing a window and turned into a new way to get to the grill. New framing to add the patio door, patching the siding and drywall. Then on to the landing and stairs. Now the homeowner doesn't have to go around to start grilling
All new exterior
This house went down to studs from the outside in. New plywood, foam, and tyvek. New windows, doors, and siding.
All done and the homeowner can enjoy a maintenance free house
Deck
Look at this one! The homeowner wanted an angled deck so they could watch the sunset. In the end they goy the views they wanted. Now all that is left to do is enjoy some family time!
New entry and storm doors

New bathroom
